Software does not work, no reply to e-mails

I paid over $30 to download this software which promises access to millions of downloadable files. So far I have found exactly NO files to download. I sent tham an e-mail complaining... No answer... So no chance of a refund. I belatedly discovered that lots of other people have had the same problem. It's not worth suing them for such a small amount, but hopefully this will warn others off.
