I am out most of the money I spent with nothing to show for it

I requested 2 items which are available in 3 dimensions. They delivered the incorrect size-so I sent them back. They charged me delivery and restocking costs which came to nearly the buying price of the things themselves and so I am out-most of the cash I invested with nothing to exhibit for this.

I'd have already been better-off maintaining the things. They've poor company guidelines for results!
