Aka Internet Services ripoff ISP that will slander your good name if you fight them

This company came on with two months free and a free year if I would pay $130 up front. I did and the next month they began to bill my credit card $26 per month. Several times they did multiple billings. Of course I complained and the charges were reversed.

They responded by claiming I had two accounts—untrue! They also ignored my claim that I had paid a year in advance. I have not challenged that charge until now because I authorized that one. However they have not kept their word and I plan to as my credit card company to reverse that $130 charge along with the others.

Finally I discontinued my service and sent my friends a new email address with the warning that they should beware Straight2You. I sent a copy to Straight2You. You would not believe how they responded to that. They emailed all my friends and told them that I lied, would not pay my bills and was on the blacklist of ISP companies. Then they turned me over to a collection agency.

I have been a minister for fifty years, never had an unpaid bill in my life and have not lied about Straight2You. You can imagine the support my friends gave me and the disgust they have for that company. Most of them think I should sue. I'd be happy to join a class action.

I'm filing this report to simply warn people to beware Straight2You.
