I signed up for Straight2you in May they charged my credit card on May 20 for $13.00 (even thought the first month was suppose to be free), then on June 1 for $13.00, July 1 for $13.00, July 26 for $23.00, July 31 for $13.00, August 31 for $13.00, September 28 for $13.00.

The extra charge in July, the free first month etc. I called and called and e-mailed and e-mailed these people about it and finally got a response back from "Anthony" (that never seems to be available) that they would credit my card back the $23.00 from July but he did not say anything about the free month.

I still to this day have never received that $23.00 credit or free first month, I cancelled my service with them on October 14 and in November on the 14th a charge for $599.40 showed up. I can't believe these people have the nerve. I called my credit card company and turned them in to the fraud department.
