Anthony Cundiff AKA Fast Paced Networks, 007/Maxima Fraud, multiple billing, bait and switch

I wanted to make a separate report that will hopefully help a few avoid the hassles of any remaining straight2you customers. My original report was dated 11/16, in December I *thought* my problems were over with the exception of one final charge Anthony asked me to dispute. He "says" he didn't get the money from all the multiple billings thus his reasoning re the dispute.

Anthony did send me a check for one of the $130.00 charges but I think the reasoning behind that was because I had contacted the state attorney general and since he was in the middle of partnering with two other companies he couldn't afford to be "looked at". I must say, he is a very convincing liar!

The company that has taken over is called isponly.net. I seriously doubt that any of us will get what we (over) paid for now. I'm already looking for a new isp since Anthony's parting gift to me was cancelling my account which was paid for through 3/06.

This is a press release of just one of his new companies. The other one is fast paced networks, easily found through google.

Press release about both fast paced and 007 were dated 12/11/03. It's a bit confusing but I believe straight2you no longer exists, I think it's it's been shuffled over to isponly.net, a really cr*ppy service that will no doubt be defunct soon. I can't even access my straight2you.net e-mail on the site. I certainly hope this report goes through since it appears my addy is no longer valid.

Also contact online the department of consumer fraud, I did.

We are all not only out money but all the time wasted listening to a con man trying to weasel his way out with blatant lies. All he was doing was buying time until his deals went through. A class action suit is sounding very appealing about now!
