Sent me wrong item worth $0, wants me to pay to return to get $4.20 refund

I ordered 7 USB ethernet adapters, I received 6 and 1 pci ethernet adapter of which is no use to me and has no wholesale value.

Seller says I must pay return shipping for the errantly shipped adapter to get a refund.

Seller does not have another usb adapter to send.

Seller only offers $1.25 (even though 1/7 of $9.95 = $1.42).

Seller owes me 1/7th of shipping/handling as well.

Proper refund should be $4.21

Jordan answers the phone... Average hold time is 5 minutes.

Very rude.

Was calm and patient. Was hung up on.

Had to file an eBay case against them.

Previous feedback indicates similar problems and frustrations.
