Landlord report bad customer service

I have been (trying) to Use Landlord Report to manage my rentals for several years. The software appears very complete, but it's a nighmare. It regularly crashes, and loses data, and when you try to get support from them they are RUDE and condescending.

They supposedly "sell " you the software, but then demand $ for "support" when it crashes.

Another lovely feature is it regularly reverts back to "unlicesensed demo" mode requiring you to contact them. When you do they claim that it is a "support call" and you have to pay again.

Every time they demand money from you it's a different amount. They will also bombard you with emails about "features" you can add on, etc even after you request to be removed from mailing list. Emails and ads are very amateurish, with many spelling and grammar errors which makes them seem like a company being run from a garage.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Mdansby!
