Rip off! Bad practice management software

I bought software to manage a mental health practice. It worked ok at first, but as I added data, it got slow tre and slower. Calls to tech support never helped, and they were rude. I finally deleted it. Now I get daily multiple spams. They won't stop sending them to me, Even after multiple requests.
