FALSE authorization for pay day loan

I was browsing on line pay day advance loan companies. After reading some of the fine print, or finding it too difficult to get to just one, I gave up.

I never signed anything or authorized anything from any company. A couple of days later, $20 was deducted from my bank account. I did not want to cancle the check because it would have cost me $35 to do so so I called Safe national of America.

I was told that they would deposit the money back into my bank account in 3-5 business days. Well over a month later, and over 3 phone calls, still no money. I did not want to charge fraud because I wanted to keep my bank acount open due to other business.
