"Authrization on File" Deduction from Bank Account

Here's another one for Safe National of America. This outfit deducted $275.00 from the account of my 87 year-old mother who has Alzheimers. It appeared on her bank statement with the notation "Authorization on File". I called and they said they would refund the money and it would be credited to her account in 3 or 4 business days. That was a month ago. Be careful.
They want to get past the 60 day window some Banks use as a reason not to help you get your money back.incidentally, if your Bank uses that on you, change Banks. Based on the number of complaints against these people, WHERE IS THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL? Have all the old people left Florida? That's who these people take advantage of. I hope he's not one of the AG's suing against the Obama health plan. This is the kind of stuff that he needs to be spending his time fixing.
