Fraudulent rip offs!

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my money refunded from Safe National of America for over a month.

I applied for a payday loan and they fraudulently took $50.00 out of my checking account. It's obvious if you apply for a payday loan that you are having financial difficulties. For this company to exploit you when you obviously are having difficulties is appalling.

I talked to live people on five different occasions over the past month. Each time I was told my money would be refunded in 3 business days. I was also told they were a week backed up but that my money would definitely be refunded within three business days. As I said, that has been over a month. Now when I call they are no longer answering the phone. I have left numerous messages but no one has returned my call.

By taking this money fraudulently out of my account, it had a trickle affect and I had three checks bounce. Each bounced check cost $36.00, so by them doing what they did, it has cost me over $150. I am at a loss as to how a company can do something like this and get away with it.

Today I tried sending an email to the suggested address. Hopefully something will be done. Safe National of America took an already horrible situation I was going through and made it a thousand times worse!
