I ordered a Cat Tower and an email said it would be sent out within two weeks. After that two week period I didn't hear anything and so I sent numerous emails without any response.
My credit card has been charged, and yet I haven't received any emails or merchandise.
It's been over 3 weeks since I placed the order.
The website says, "as heard on animalradio.com" I checked with animalradio.com and they do not run ads for this website.
