Patrick Stevens Ordered an paid for Hello Kitty Earrings and did not receive product. RIPOFF Don't Purchase From them

On 10-14-12 I purchased hello kitty earrings order #1056. It stated I would recieve it in 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks I sent several emails for status on my order no response. 2 more weeks past and several more request for status and finally received a tracking number. I researched the tracking number and it stated that it was delivered on 11-10-12. On the day in question I was home all day and night. I live alone and when I retrieved the mail there were no packages just one letter. I sent numerous emails again stating I did not receive the earrings. Again no response. Sent several more emails requesting an answer. Finally he responded stating he sent it out, for me to contact the post office and see if they can find out where they delivered it. And as far as he was concerned he sent it out and that's it. I also see he has other complaints of not getting their product.
