Will not return my son's computer

I am a 21 year oldcollege student who carried my Sony laptop to campus computers for repair. I have continued to call and go by his buisness and he keeps putting me off by saying it is locked up and his Daddy has the key, then he will tell me to pick it up tomprrow and he will be closed. These lies have been going on for 31/2 months. I do not know what to do. I really need my computer because Ijust started a new semester of school.
