I've been battling with Verizon since Sept and also the only point I actually get is the fact that I've to pay for a certiain quantity after which I've to hold back on the telephone call nicely I spend the total amount they stated also after which I never obtain a call-back. When I contact again I obtain the same task over and over till recently 01/25 they ostensibly explained that I had been to blame which I'd to cover an installment which was not required since it was the Specialists problem which I had been being twice charged by which I had been never informed that which I whilst the client I had been wrong I whilst the woman a problem and that I stated is it possible to please reply me and he or she stated she's studying and he or she can't answer my issue they're rude and never useful and To make it to speak with somebody is beyond difficult of Course If you create a cost within the telephone they ask you for $3.00 however, you should you spend on the internet its free I stated my web is turn off since I did so spend some she stated well thats your condition
