Ripoff fraudulent billing, unable to contact

MWI*connetions, 800-568-2386 CT charged by Visa with $96.00. When I tried to call them, they said my account was cancelled, and no way to request a refund either by phone, mail or e-mail.

I don't know what this is - and I do not remember receiving any info in the mail regarding stated "services".
