Tech24 ripoff an amateurish support company that doesn't fulfill its refund promises. I was so disgusted and felt like I was duped by Microsoft's misleading link to this horrid company

Tech24 gives poor online support with computer problems. The promise given is if their "professionals" cannot solve your problem, a free session is granted to you. Not only did I not receive this, I never heard from them about claiming it after filing for one.

The support lady seemed as computer literate as a 2-year old and focused on everything but the residing problem. After wasting about 3 1/2 hours, the tech informed me that she could not solve the problem. I asked about the refund and she confirmed I was to receive one. I have put 2 different requests for a refund, and have even e-mailed the tech that promised me one.

Overall, I was so disgusted and felt like I was duped by Microsoft's misleading link to this horrid company. I hope no one ever uses this "support line.
