Horrendous Service - CABLE, PHONE, INTERNET

We have had time warner cable in this apartment for 3 months - not once in those three months has the service worked correctly. The On-Demand is pretty much non-existent, they have changed our DVR box 4 times, made us wait in 4 different 5-hour stretches for their ridiculous service windows and even made us wait all day in our apt for an ALL DAY APPT!!! They have told us they were fixing the wires in the neighborhood, checking the wiring in the building, etc etc etc. Finally they sent us to client relations which is only open monday-friday and is an entirely useless group! This has honestly been the WORST service of any company I have ever dealt with. How they are still in business is a complete shocker to me and something needs to be done about it immediately. I will write negative reviews everywhere possible and encourage others to do the same. Something needs to change immediately.
