Computechnologiesinc.com Can't tell if I've been ripped off or not. No product, no communication, support site is down

This company may or may not be shady but they certainly act like it. They hide their address and contact information behind what seems to be a third-party support system that makes you fill out two pages of forms just to file a request. It is now January 5. I ordered and paid for the product on December 23rd. I had to submit a support ticket to find out that the order should have shipped on the 30th. However, now their support site is down. With all the other reports filed on this company I am worried. I would not have filed this report if there were ANY way to contact this company.
