Fraud very likely

This company charged my credit card and then did not deliver the product. It appears many others are having this issue. They make you go to http://www.thesupportcenter.Us for support and agree to many, many pages of terms to inquire about your order, including a claim that they will charge you fees and submit you to a collection agency if you attempt to dispute your credit card charge.

This appears to be a scam. If I don't see resolution, I'll involve FBI.
