My email to FunnyDawg: hello, please cancel my account, since you do not support silverlight with WCF or you have too much trouble to set it up or whatever. I spent 4 days trying to set it up and all I've got blaming from your support department instead of help. Plus your mess up with billing department, that blamed me for paying only for 1 month, than not completing my payment. I am tired to deal with you and I do think you need to increase your professional level before offering services. It took me 3 hours to set my website and WCF with another hosting company. My website is working. Please refund my account as soon as possible. Their response: 1. No problem, You've been the only one with such problems so we think we do a great job for the amount we charge. Good Luck! 2. No refunds past 30 days. So, no services and no refund alot of aggravation.in addition control panel was slow to access anything. And before I published it on FunnyDawg, it was published and worked on aspspider.com.
