Zombie credit card charges

I cannot cancel my hosting subscription at funnydawg.com. There is no function on their control panel to self - cancel hosting, instead one has to write them a support ticket to request cancellation.

The problem is, the company seems to be running unmanned and on auto-pilot. No one answers tickets. They don't check their official forum anymore. Their billing department will continue to withdraw a hosting charge from my credit card, and there is no way I can stop this, short of changing my credit card number or starting a complex process of reporting online fraud to my bank so I can block their payments.
