Charged my account too for nothing i ever got!

My checking account was charged 39.00 to nss*tv&leisure. I looked it up on the net and your bad business bureau site came on. I read about nss* and it seemed to be the same situation. I wrote down the 800 # and proceeded to call.

It was automated and the chick was very nice, considering what i was saying! Finally, after saying yes or no - a live person came on the phone. I thought it was funny when the first question asked by the recording is, "do i need to explain a charge to your account." to me, that doesn't say much for the company except guilty!!!

The woman told me i would be credited the 39.00, considering i never agreed to this magazine subscriction. They have yet to find that they will also be paying the 28.00 overdraught charge that was included! My advice, when you call and get the automated recording, say "change address." you will then speak with a real-live person!!!
