I was debited $95.95 from my checking account without my consent

My story is like everyone else's I've read. I was looking for a quick loan for Christmas gifts for my kids on the internet. Today I was checking my bank account (for just such a thing) and "National Platinum Service" has debited me for $95.95. Well clearly, if i need a loan, I certainly don't have $95.95 as disposable income. I called the bank and the woman from the Electronic Claims Department said that it was a loan company and I needed for it to process before they could make a claim. So I look up this "National Platinum Service" and find that this scam is not unusual. I found a phone number, address and web address for these jerks. I call and find out that I have somehow subscribed to a "$10,000 line of credit for an online shopping site". I would never in a million years apply for a $10,000 line of credit and apparently neither would the woman I was speaking to, because I asked her! My credit score is undesirable and no one doing legitimate business would give me that kind of money. I told her to refund my money at once and was told that it was non-refundable and was hung-up on. I am currently dealing with my bank in order to make a stop-payment on this rip-off.
