HORRIBLE PRODUCTS - BombayJewelry.com!

I am a victim of fraud. I purchased jewelry sets & bangles from bombayjewelry only for them to come broken & damaged. Then the return process became a horrific time for me. I called and of course no one ever picks up the phone - if they do pick up the phone, its no English (is this company really in the US?) Then, emails are not answered to. Their live help is with no operator.

I sent 8 emails with no response. I left 7 voicemails with no response. I have filed with BBB and I will make sure that others know - that this website has products that are cheap in quality & customer service that is of no quality.

I am also filing with the Attorney General in the state of Illinois. This is BS - I will not let them get away.

I also did my research after I had my bad experience with them - their reviews are not looking pretty! I made the biggest mistake and not research them before I gave them my $200. My American Express will be in contact with them to get my monies back.

Absolutely pissed off & I will get through to them!!
