National Platinum Shopping stole $99.95 from my checking acct without my authorization

I dont know how this even happened but a company called National Platinum Shopping stole $99.95 out of my checking acct without my authorization. The only thing I had been doing online was trying to get a payday loan. They had to have gotten my info thru this way. I am on Social Security Disability so my income is very fixed and i needed that money desparately. I got the phone number to this company from my bank when I called them due to my debit card being declined at the grocery store. When I called National Platinum Shopping I got very upset and began to cry because they were very rude and talking to me in circles.

I had never even seen their site on the computer and had never gotten an e-mail from them. I didnt even know what they were. They told me something about a $10,000 cr.'edit limit with them. I never really understood but they refused to refund my money and in so many words they told me I was out of luck that it wasnt happening. These people prey on people like me and I told them so. I dont see how what they did could be legal. They need to be sued. I cant believe they are doing this to their fellow Americans. They are thieves and robbers and I think they should pay for what they have done to me. Not only do they owe me 100.00 but also all the money that the caused me to lose in overdrafts
