Poor Customer Service

I ordered Philadelphia Flyers 2011 Wall Calendar on 12/16 received a reponse from Google checkout on Dec 16 that GrandmasGiftware.com received your order. You placed an order with GrandmasGiftware.com on Dec 16. Google Checkout sent a copy of this receipt to cl... com I then received a response from Grandmasgiftware on the 16th Thank you for shopping at GrandmasGiftware.com. Your payment has been recieved and your order has been processed and will now be sent to our shipping department. The shipping was for I never received shipping email I tried to contact them on 12/22,12/23,12/24 and they never responded back This was a calendar for my 11 year old son for a Christmas gift and I let them know that. No address no phone number to call. I happen to stumble on the address through other complaints on this company. This is the worst customer service I will not do buissness again with them I recommend you bypass this site
