Ripoff Ordered a book Pd w / Visa. Never heard. Websites nonexistant Never answ. Mail or phone. Hampstead

I ordered an ancestral book through this company, KnowYourRoots, via Google Checkout, and paid w / my Visa. A long time went by without getting any shipping information. When I tried to access their website it did not exist.

I then wrote to them 3 times, via information provided by Google Checkout, without any response. I then called several times and no one ever answered. I finally cancelled the order, again through Google Checkout.

I never was charged for the book, but what worries me is these people Still have my Visa information.

I think they're a fly-by-night company and urge peole not to do business with them. I don't think much of Google Checkout, either.
