BombayJewelry.com Shipped Broken Merchandise, No Customer Service EVER, Begged for my money back!

I searched for Indian Jewelry online and found Bombay Jewelry. A beautiful website with stunning pictures - prices were expensive, but I thought I would give them a try. Boy, was I wrong!

The jewelry they ship is in horrible condition with broken stones everywhere. I tried to get hold of them via e-mail (no response), telephone (no one ever picks up!), and I finally gave up and had to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I please please urge ALL ONLINE SHOPPERS do NOT shop with this horrible website. They look all good on the internet, but customer service is what they lack. Their products are old and cheap.

I purchased 2 sets of bangles to have stones broken off and not even in the packing!
I purchased 3 indian jewerly sets. The thread that is used to put over my neck came right off. The stones were not in the packing and a few fell off right when opened.

The service is NOTHING. The phone number on there is an absolute JOKE! The website absolutely is horrible & I will make sure everywhere on the Internet I let my voice be heard!

DISGUSTED by cheaters out there like BombayJewelry!!!
