Promises computers, but delivers a ripoff experience!

Every darn person that works at that company has a broom up their butt, because it seems that every time I called to inquire on the status of the computer they had an attitude and always gave me misleading information. At first I agreed to a great computer which retails for $1200,4600c dimension by Dell, the rep told me he could get me this in less than 4 weeks once my deposit was in. So I agreed and sent them a check for $389.00.

It has been 2 months and they cant get to send me the papaer that they will be sending my computers, it is the most frustrating thing I swear. Now come to find out the computer they are selling me is a cheap version of the DELL 2400 pc, which retails for $500. That is very frustrating. I am so upset so i call them to cancel before they start taking money out of my bank account, and they say the $389 are non refundable.

I am so upset with these people I wish the owner could get incarcerated and be everyones little sweetmeat for the rest of his life. He is ripping off old, young, and hardworking people. I lost $389 Dollars, my down payment, I have spent that in one weekend. It's not so much the money the bothers me but the misleading that they do. Beware!!!
