Impossible to contact & product not as advertized

On 12/7 I ordered a notebook that was in stock and was told it would ship in 24 to 48 hours. When it did not arrived I tried to call and email and use their on line support to get updates. No call call, no email, no support. Then I tried to call and cancel and then on the 15th the unit showed up on my doorstep, the same day I got an email stating it would be shipped in 4 or 5 days. So since it arrived I tried it out. The unit did nothing that it was advertized to do... While to can get WIFI and you can get to the internet... It is so slow that email, facebook and most google look ups are impossible to pull in without timing out. Not I am trying to get a RMA number to return the junk and guess what... No one answers phone, email or support. Do business with this company at your own risk.
