I don't feel very confident of ever receiving my purchase or a refund

I requested an item out of this site over 10 days before. At "take a look at" it stated "sent the following morning". I obtained a contact confirming my purchase. Five days later-after contacting and contacting (no solution not really a voice-mail choice) I've had no reaction to my inquiries. I'd be really tired of by using this website. I actually donot feel really assured of actually getting my purchase or perhaps a return. Be warned!!
