Never received product

I requested the 7-day test for the product on 7/30/09 through clickbank marketplace. I had been subsequently requested for my current email address & title. I had been also requested to produce a login along with a code and that I was informed I'd obtain my verification mail using the connect to my backoffice within 24 hours. It is been already 3 times and that I haven't gotten something. I popped a help solution for product not obtained through clickbank with no reaction both. The title of the clickback merchant for the product is Vitaliy Strizheus, e-mail: vick. Clickbank@gmail.com. I sent him a contact 2 nights before and also have not gotten any reaction. Obviously, I usually have the choice of rescheduling the purchase and acquire a reimbursement through clickbank but I truly need the merchandise.
