Ripoff. Nothing cause you cant contact em and they are not user friendly

I wanted to become a member of ebay three hrs ago after filling out all info i need to complete three final steps. Well i could not complete the final step because i am encountering a problem with my email accout so i wanted to email ebay to ask how to chage the email accout so that i could get a code to finish this last step. It took me over an hr to fine how to email them and then every attemp to email them i get an error saying that my email could not be sent at this time try again later. Now i would like to close the account that i have started and you need to email ebay to do that well i tried to email them and still i cant send it i have been on here for three hrs now. I am not more then p$#@! Off and will not be an ebay user until them become more user friendly..
