Could Not Email Support to Finish Registering or Close Account

I wanted to become a member of ebay three hrs ago after filling out all info I need to complete three final steps. Well I could not complete the final step because I am encountering a problem with my email account so I wanted to email ebay to ask how to change the email account so that I could get a code to finish this last step. It took me over an hr to find how to email them and then every attempt to email them I get an error saying that my email could not be sent at this time try again later. Now I would like to close the account that I have started and you need to email ebay to do that well I tried to email them and still I cant send it I have been on here for three hrs now. I am not more then p$#@! Off and will not be an ebay user until them become more user friendly..
