EFax bad customer support, uncommon and costly costs

I've been an eFax client since 2003. Haven't utilized the support atleast for that previous 4 years. They'd instantly impose my charge card annually with no pre notice. On 11/18/10 after I got my charge card record, I observed a fee for $139.95 for my annual membership produced by eFax on 11/9/10. I called eFax customer support instantly. Customer support was essentially rude and lastly decided to reimbursement only $127. Declaring that I'd named more then seven days following the cost was created plus they are getting $12.95 for that. After I told them I obtained the creditcard record just on that evening and found learn about the costs plus they was no pre notification from their store about that cost, they informed they're not necessary from the agreement to come back anything or provide notice. I requested to talk to Customer Support boss and was refused declaring the boss is extremely active. Their site also doesn't record their management data to protest

Ostensibly this is a business only at that digital-age that's very costly, really rude, zero customer support and discusses just swindling customer’s cash. Must avoid business such as this
