Diamond they claimed my computer had viruses and they ng the phone upthey are microsoft and needed to fix my computer... They took 269.0 off my card

I recieved a call from a company claiming to be microsoft windows and my computer is getting ready to crash... After paying 269.99 to the company they hung the phone up and I cannot reach them... I googled the number and its a scam. However they got my money... Please help
