Membership renewal before renewal date

I have an account with classmates.com. The renewal date was October 25th. I went online on October 24th to cancel my account, only to find out they already charged my account $39.95 and renewed my membership for another year. The original renewal date was October 25th.

I've contacted them several times only to receive form letters about how they have a no refund policy and I can cancel my account in 2011.

I've given up on the money, but as an internet business, I can't let them rip off anyone else without taking some action.
