Total Disregard for Small Time Consume

I have sent 3 letters over the past 3 months requesting some simple information regarding my ETX-60 telescope (which is discontinued). I thought it was an easy request - what parts necessary to interface my telescope with my computer. Not a big deal, right?

To this day, I've not heard a word in response. Nothing.

I most definitely will NOT be buying anything else from this company, and if I could return this scope, I would.

Very dissatisfied customer.
