Won't pay their sellers the remaining balance after they charge outrages fees charged 100% fee

I use to sell on Amazon.com but suddenly they stop me from posting when I in advertantly published over 5000 items and around 10 of them were knives or items that weren't allowed. When they closed the account they stated they would forward the remaining balance in 30 days and now over 12 months and they haven't sent a dime.

I contacted the no help support who sent me canned answers about their policy not when they planned to send the funds through which was over $800 due. I contacted them on 4 occasions over 3 months and repeatably was told I would have the funds transfered imediately and never once did they send a dime.

Then we reported them to the BBB and they told them they would send the funds and again lied and sent nothing. So figuring that went so well I reported them to the BBB again and still they said they would send now only $751 and sent NOTTA.

Final straw was I filed with the Idaho Atorney Generals office and they ignored their letters and sent nothing after another 60 days so they forwarded it to the Washington Atorney General who again has got no response from Amazon.com they just ignore the filings in hopes that I'll go away.

Come on a multi million dollar company cant pay a small time seller a measily $800 who paid them thousands in fees over the years while he was selling through them. The last month alone I paid them more than they owe me and they aren't sending a dime.
