Ripoff unwilling to fix the problems with our PC faulty overpriced product

My husband & I purchased our Gateway computer @ the store here in York, PA (since gone out of business). When we first received our computer, the monitor was defective & had to be shipped back & sent a new one.

Since then, we've been on the phone with customer support numerous times & have had to take our tower to the nearest Gateway service center (an hour away) to have them fix the problem (worked for a little while & then problems start again). The problems we've been having are the screen freezing up & unable to shut the computer down properly (having to shut the whole system down & reboot it), it interfering with our phone line (try to use the phone when the computer is off & the phone line being dead, have to unplug the phone jack for the computer to use the phone), unable to view some e-mail messages that have attachments to them, unable to print out web pages (saying an error), unable to retreive saved documents that I type-school work & having to retype them.

I feel we spent more than enough money on this computer, feeling very angry & frustrated that no one seems to want to help or do anything to help us. I know I will NEVER purchase another Gateway product again or recommend it to anyone else.
