Possible scam, beware my personal experience

I joined neobux two months ago. I didn't find any scam reports online so I felt safe.
Neobux is a PTC site which pays you to click ads. They rent you refferals for very cheap, so it sounds affordable. What the catch is that you will not make enough money to recycle dead refferals and extend rentals to keep referrals. All the money you make will go to "account management thus you will be able to request very little if any on a payout. The catch is you have to upgrade. These cost anywhere from 90 to 700 for a annual membership. I got the impression that some of the senior members actually "work" for neobux to encourage members to "invest" more money. These members are doing to well and leave, from what it looks like, extremely large somes of money for cash out, in thier snapshots. Who in their right mind would leave 1 to 2k in thier account when they can cash it out? I know I wouldn't? They did pay my out a very small amount. Not worth the money time and effort. Beware
