Hi everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know of my experience using the above company. I ordered a manual for my wife's car at 7.99 from http://www.elitemanuals.co.uk/. It was marketed as an electronic manual, which I would have to download.

Payment was taken - using Nochex and I didnt get anything. I contacted customer services and advised them of the problem to be told
that the product was not in stock. I then asked for my money back. They asked more details of my payment, when it went through the bank etc, and my address, I have gone through this process three times now and still nothing, it has been about a month.

They now seem to have rebranded as http://www.rapidmanuals.co.uk / and have lowered their prices a little. It's not the amount of money that bothers me, it's the principle! I hope no-one else gets caught out!
