Did Not Complete my Work and Kept My Money

I ordered an entire website package for $1500 in 5. They were supposed to do business cards, logo, letterhead, and website. Their customer service department is the worst ever! They shuffled me around, did shotty work, and then made me feel as if I was a problem when I addressed these things. My package also included unlimited revisions which they did not want to honor. They decided that they were not going to finish my package and didn't. I requested a refund of my money paid and I haven't even received a response. I can't contact them since their voicemail states that they are closed. If anyone has any information in regards to what has happened to this company, please let us know.
