Sent me a goverment grant scam package now I can no longer contact them

I received this goverment grant paper in the mail saying that I was guaranteed to receive at least $25k or more if not I get my money back. So I purchased their grant guide, I was told that I would receive my package in 14 days. I didn't receive my package for a month so I called them and they reshipped it.

When I received my package I went on the website they gave me and it worked for a few days then there was no more connection. I tried calling them to tell them that I couldn't get on but the voicemail told me that the number was no longer in service.

I decided to take a look at the websites that were given in the book and none of them were good. When that didn't work I tried to contact them by email but that didn't work either. So I decided to google it and thus I found out that it was all a scam.
