Time Warner Cable is a deceitful and very dishonest company I have never been so dissatisified with any company in my life. I have been with them for not even 3 months and I have experienced nothing but overcharges. The representative lie all the time. This company cannot be trusted I would not reccommend them to the dogs!!!
