Mypetisland.com, queen city pets, yugisoft SCAMMER - several websites for cat trees! Too good to be true!

I researched cat trees and decided that the buy 2 get 1 free deal at mypetisland.com was worth a shot. "Jeff" and I emailed back and forth regarding the details and then I bought the 2 cat trees and emailed which one I wanted for free. "Jeff" said it'd take about 2 weeks for them to arrive because they had make the trees at their location. About a week later I emailed him again for a status check and he said when they shipped them I'd get the tracking numbers. A few days prior to their estimated arrival, I started emailing him again for a status. No more response. I still can't get him to email me back and the phone number for the parent company of yugisoft.com goes to a full voicemail box. I opened a claim with Paypal and I'm hoping for a refund. Paypal said that sometimes a seller will wait until a buyer opens a claim (which allows the seller 10 days to respond) and then the seller will send something other than what you ordered. Refuse whatever they send. If they are a true seller you wouldn't go through h*ll to get what you ordered.
