Yubisoft AKA mypetisland AKA Queen City Pets Internet Fraud, Did not receive goods paid for after 2 months, no communication

I also spent a great deal of time and researched cat trees and decided that the buy 2 get 1 free deal at mypetisland.com was worth a shot. "Jeff" and I emailed back and forth only once regarding the details and then I bought the 2 cat trees and emailed which one I wanted for free.

"Jeff" said it'd take about 2 weeks for them to arrive because they had make the trees at their location. About a week later I emailed him again for a status check and he said when they shipped them I'd get the tracking numbers. A few days prior to their estimated arrival, I started emailing him again for a status.

No more response. I still can't get him to email me back and the phone number for the parent company of yugisoft.com goes to a full voicemail box. I also opened a claim with Paypal and I'm hoping for a refund. Paypal said that sometimes a seller will wait until a buyer opens a claim (which allows the seller 10 days to respond) and then the seller will send something other than what you ordered. Refuse whatever they send.
AS you can see from this report it is identical to the first report filed by coberbro in the report filed in September. It Is now the end of October and it has been 2 months... Still no cat trees or communication from this 'Jeff". This company is clearly a rip-off and should be avoided.
