Product failed to perform. When I called them, the person was rude and intimidatiing

C Clear has a wonderful website and seem OK. The product they sell is an anti-fog treatment for surfaces suchs as lenses, googles etc. I wanted to use it as an anti-fog agent for perscription swim googles costing over $40.00.

Using their directions and a clean soft 100% cotton cloth, I found that the material scratched the lenses. So I called to tell them about it. The guy (name?) who answered the phone was RUDE and intimidating and did his best to make we feel like a moron. He blamed ME for the issue and stated that the product they sell is soap based and could not cause the result I stated. Now this is before I actually used the product in the pool.

OK so let's see here. They are recommending (just look at he smiling swimmer in the pool on their site) a soap based product (learned that later) which comes off in water for water sports? True. So now to part two. I have used this product 3 times now and it doesn't even last one session in the pool. I paid $10 bucks and have ruined $40 googles in the process too and their 30 day retun policy has come and gone so I'm stuck with it and need to get new googles. I want other consumers to be aware.

It isn't the money! Its the fact that it does not work, should not be used if it can come in contact with water and the guy was just so rude that has me upset. Btw mr. Manufacturere the order # was 39* of 8/7/10.
