Complaint Description:
I became a member of Sing Snap, an on-line karaoke company. I paid $129 for a one year membership. Part of their benefits are a message board where members can discuss almost any subject. I prefer the Belief Boards where we discuss religion. I always back read the threads to be able to add my own impressions. I was admonished by a volunteer moderator to not back read as the subject matter normally had no bearing on the current discussion. I asked literally, "Where in the Hell did you come up with this rule?". A point of reference is that the Terms of Use make no mention of that attempt to enforce a non existent ruling. The next morning a receive a message from admin that any future behaviors like would result in my suspension. I made mention that I was not going to be stifled and that I had been kicked out of better places than this. Go ahead if you find it necessary to send me to what is known as buddyland-suspension. I was only 5 months into my subscription and I received no refund because the TOU states that there will be no refunds for violations of the rules. All fine and good but an arbitrary making of the rules as one goes is hardly an established Standard Operating Procedure. This was nothing but exercising authority and kicking me off just because he could.

Your Desired Resolution:
I am due seven months refund of my monies, $86.00 US, for unused services beyond my control. This keeping of funds happens frequently and the company needs to cease and desist that practice
