ATS, Bait and switch, Shipped differnet but similar product will not accept return

ATS sent us HP printers that were not the ones we ordered. When we advised them of this fact they said they would replace them with the correct printers but then called back and said that they could not take the original printers back "due to weight, size, customs, duty and brokerage", but they would send parts to make them work. We told them that was not an acceptable solution and they said they would send them anyway. BTW, the parts have never been received.
We sent them an e-mail asking for them to issue a call tag and some hothead named Alex Muir called and yelled and screamed and said that he would win in arbitration with Visa. Good luck with that Alex.
If you want to save youself a lot of trouble and verbal abuse avoid ATS.
